Warranties and Returns

II. To make a return or exchange, the customer must present the item and product packaging in perfect condition.

III. To carry out any return, exchange, or product warranty procedure, the original purchase invoice issued by the branch must be presented.

IV. If the purchased product is under warranty, the procedure order will be as follows: first, send it to the inspection workshop, second, replacement, third, refund.

V. Immediately check upon purchase at the store that the products billed are packaged and delivered in the correct quantity and condition. In the case of receiving your purchase through home delivery, verify that the received product matches the quantity, ideal condition, and description requested before the employee leaves the delivery site. Almacenes San Francisco is not responsible for defects or product shortages occurring days after the requested merchandise has been delivered.

2. Warranty Claim: If you experience an issue with a product covered by our warranty, we ask that you follow these steps:
